The Expo Movistar Madrid Madrid Marathon is the first contact point for participants, accompanying persons, athletes and the general public with the race and the place where various activities are held parallel to the Movistar Madrid Medio Marathon and the ProFuturo Race, organised by the different Sponsors of the race and the Organisation. Access is free and obligatory for participants, who must pick up their race bib, T-shirt and athlete's bag here.
The Expo is located in the Telefónica District Services Building, on the first floor, just 300 metres from the Ronda de la Comunicación station on Metro line 10. This is joined by the EMT line 172, which stops at the Telefónica facilities. In addition, next to the EXPO there is a car park with a large number of spaces, free of charge, where you can leave your car.
Access to the Expo is via the steps in front of the Metro station, then turn left and walk about 50 metres to the entrance.
What do I need?
Your ID card together with the confirmation email sent from the registration platform at the time of registration. If you have not received the email, check your registration and download your proof of registration at the following link:
Pick up of T-shirt and chip
The T-shirt will be handed out once the race bib has been collected. Sizes will be given in strict order of bib collection. The chip is attached to the back of the race bib, it is disposable and cannot be removed or manipulated in any way.
Pick up of the number bib by another person
This may be done by another person on behalf of the runner, provided that the person collecting the number bib brings a signed authorisation from the runner concerned plus a photocopy of his/her ID card.
Important: The documents to be presented to the organisation (proof of registration, authorisation to collect the race bib and photocopy of ID) can be presented on a mobile device, it is not necessary to carry a printed document.
