Joma has presented the official running shoes for the Movistar Madrid Medio Maraton 2024, which represent a complete renovation of the design embodied in the top-of-the-range R.2000 model. This evolution aims to reach all types of runners, as the brand has been doing in the rest of the European marathons. In this way, it offers all possible comfort and also helps in recovery. It is Joma's most complete, versatile and comfortable running shoe, awarded with the Runnea prize for the 2023 revelation shoe. Versatility, breathability, cushioning and reactivity are some of its strong points, together with the elegant white upper, which gives a more casual touch to the sneakers.

The official presentation of these Joma R.2000 special edition Movistar Madrid Medio shoes took place in the Puerta de Alcalá, with the participation of Mónica del Arco, marketing director of Joma; Eduardo Ajuria, president of the Agrupación Deportiva Marathon; Pablo Gálvez, from A3Media; and Fran Chico, from Sport Life Ibérica.

The Movistar Madrid Half Marathon 2024 and the ProFuturo Race will be held on 7 April and will be attended by approximately 19,000 participants.
